Biography

I started working with Lisbeth Bartlett when my voice teacher suggested her to me. That suggestion totally changed my audition process. Working with Lisbeth made my college auditions infinitely more manageable. From the start, she makes you feel at home. With her guidance, it is easy to tackle challenging acting work without feeling judgement or pressure. Together, she and I explored dozens of plays and chose characters and monologues that fit me perfectly. With this material, I felt like many of my acting choices were easy to find and immediately felt natural. When I struggled with moments she provided a plethora of support and suggestions so I felt free to take risks. Lisbeth’s training absolutely separated me from the crowd as an actor and a singer. Without her training and support, I would not have earned myself anywhere near the EIGHT YESES to highly competitive college Musical Theatre programs that I was fortunate enough to receive. And Penn State was my absolute first choice program so I am thrilled. Her lessons are long-lasting and helpful outside of the realm of college auditions, and I can confidently say she has had a huge impact on me as an actor and as a human being.

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
